We won the third prize: I was off the grid for 3 days and had to get back to Thessaloniki today to announce this -- I am elated that we won the third prize (or at least half of it!) in the architectural competition for the redesign of the Kapnergatis Square in the city of Kavala. Until tomorrow (where I will have the mind and files and time to write a detailed account) feast your eyes on these images :

Και γιατί δεν πήρατε το πρώτο;
γιατί πεζοδρομήσαμε την περιοχή γύρω από την πλατεία, και θεωρήθηκε ότι θα προκαλέσουμε πρόβλημα στην κίνηση οχημάτων στην Πόλη. :) τουλάχιστον αυτά λένε τα πρακτικά:)
